Back from the grave!

August 19th, 2006 Leave a comment Go to comments

Heya folks! Well with Halloween creeping up, I figured it was really time to get back into action. I enjoyed my break & got a lot of other things done, so now let’s see if I can manage to get back in the swing of squeezing out a steady stream of audio goodies to share. Looks like a lot was going on in my absence (& sadly it looks like a number of great blogs have vanished), but I’ll do my best to address the comments I missed as well as toss out the new gems I’ve picked up and/ or encoded!

Just wanted to let you know again how awesome I think it is that you’re sharing your collection like this. This halloween is going to be filled with wonderful things in my household (well actually it’ll be year round). Thanks.

Your Halloween records are awesome. This Halloween will be a blast! Fat Albert’s Halloween was my favorite Halloween special.

I have so totally missed your bloggedness. Thanks for coming back. If I had any requests, it’d be the “Poe With Pipes” recording with Carradine. But I can’t be picky … you’ve given so much!

Let me also chime in and give my thanks for the blog and for allowing us to download and listen to all this stuff. Would you happen to have anymore of the cheapy grocery-store exploito records like the Beatles and Beach Boys items you posted earlier. Also I’d be interested in your thoughts on any more recent vintage Halloween tapes or CDs if there are any out there that are really good, or perhaps it might be fun to hear some of the ones that really missed the mark.

I also praise your return from the dead. Just heard the KNOCKOUT PILLS and dig them too. If you ever come to Seattle I promise to get you drunk.

Well, Jumpin-bald-headed-judas-peists-on-a-pop-sickle-stick! You”re back! I was begining to think you’d joined the rest of the 999 happy haunts in the haunted mansion permanently. Anyhoo, I’d also like to say thanks from the bottom of my black-heart for sharing all of these spook-tastic records with us all. If I had a request, I’d still say please share “A graveyard of ghost tales” narrated by Vincent Price as well as all the rest of his haunting hearth-peices as well.
