Direct instigators for the Mtv “Basement Tapes” series (which as a wee lad introduced me to the greatness of Lubbock, TX’s New Wave finest, the Nelsons, but that’s another story)! Creators of this great novelty Wave-O tune beloved by many a Dr. Demento listener! Fronted by the coolest kid in Munster-land (not to mention Lidsville)! Pointlessly tied up in rights-issue nonsense & shockingly nowhere to be found! He’s the kid from Mockingbird Lane!

    I just tested it & it downloaded fine for me — are you maybe trying to use a link that’s not directly on the scarstuff site? By that I mean that if you’re coming off of an external link that connects to the zip file you’ll encounter that error, but if you try to come off of the album cover or text link here (using scarstuff.blogspot.com) you should be fine.

    I remember seeing Butch on MV3, a syndicated music video show out of Los Angeles, promoting this single. He did an interview and they showed the video, which IIRC, was really low budget.

    I must have been watching the same program as “David” was…MV3 was amazing but posting this song is even more so. Looking forward to the “Serve(r)” problem being fixed.
